Vintage Component Germanium Fuzz

$300.00
Custom order now!

The first build with a wedge enclosure! Barnacle finish. Super old phonograph knobs. Hand drilled Phenolic board with a hand wired germanium fuzz face circuit. Aged hardware to complete the look. This one is a beast!

Most components and wires salvaged from 50’s and 60’s tube radios. Let the vintage transistors, capacitors, and resistors massage your tone into a more classic vibe. Check out the video on instagram to see exactly what it sounds like.

None of my homemade pedals are battery powered. Always use center negative plug and isolated power supply. Never daisy chain power with other pedals. These vintage circuits (most famously, the fuzz face and rangemaster treble booster) use the positive side of the power supply for ground rather than the negative (like most modern pedals). Using pedals with negative ground on the same power supply as pedals with positive ground will cause most pedals to stop working and sometimes cause damage.
